AALA Call for Director Nominations
Submit for the 2026 to 2027 Board of Directors nominations by 5:00PM July 28th , 2026 to fill three (3) member positions:
1. Director (President Elect) - Open to All Registered Members & Current BOD
2. Director - Open to all Registered Members
3. Director - Open to all LAT Members
Board of Directors Continuing as of Sept. 26th, 2026- Andrea Kennedy, President
- Matt Sloan, Past President
- Jason Pfeifer
- Chelsey Schmidtke
- Shanna McKinnon
- Tamara Marajh
- Alison Legault
Retiring with our thanks- Derek Franklin (LAT Member)
Notice of intent for re-election received- Will Packolyk
- David Murray
A complete nomination form should include:- Name and signature of Nominee
- Names and signatures of at least two (2) Nominators

Please send your notice of interest to aala@aala.ab.ca by 5:00PM July 28th, 2026.
Should an election be needed, it will take place at the AGM on September 26th, 2026.
Time commitment: The Board meets monthly for the duration of one hour. The level of effort and preparation depends on the Director role, varying from (2) to (8) hours.
