Opportunity Description:

The following bidders, in alphabetical order, have been pre-qualified for this Sourcing Event: 

• Daoust Lestage | Scatliff + Miller + Murray (DL + SMM) 
• DIALOG Alberta Architecture Engineering Interior Design Planning Inc. 
• HAPA Collaborative Landscape Architecture and Urban Design 
• The Marc Boutin Architectural Collaborative Inc. (MBAC). + PFS Studio 
• O2 Planning + Design Inc. 

The Centennial Plaza Redevelopment project area includes: 

Centennial Plaza 
Post Office Clock Tower Plaza 
Renewal of Library Parkade waterproofing under Centennial Plaza 
Stair and elevator pavilions on the southeast and southwest corners of the Plaza 
Outdoor Amphitheatre (removal) 
Milner Parkade Entrance ramp canopy and associated parkade and stair entrances 

The scope of this project will include concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation and support that re-envisions the Centennial Plaza area. This includes renewal of existing infrastructure and identification of growth elements. The design will address current and future demands within the geographic boundaries of the project.
