Response Specifics:
Tender must be received by the County at the Tender Closing Location not later than the Tender Closing Time and Date. Any Tender received later than the Tender Closing Time and Date will not be considered by the County. The determination of whether the Tender has been received by the County not later than the Tender Closing Time and Date will be based on the time shown on the time recorder clock situated at the reception desk at the Tender Closing Location.
A Tender must be submitted in hardcopy to the County at the Tender Closing Location in a sealed package. The sealed package should be marked on the outside with the Tenderer's name, the Tenderer's address, the Project Title, and the Procurement Number.

Opportunity Description:
Baseline Road infill planting, former Communities in Bloom bed removal, and entry feature planting beds
Baseline Road infill planting: replace the trees and shrubs in the open areas of the planting bed that were left when the previous plant material was removed. The bed has recently had new shredded wood mulch added. The former Communities in Bloom planting bed is to be removed, holes filled in, and blended into the existing landscape. Two spruce trees are to be planted in that location.
Entry sign planting: the area in front of the entry signs are to be excavated and filled with the indicated soil planting mix and graded as to provide positive drainage. Shrubs and perennials planted with shredded wood mulch added to cover the planting area.
