Printed copies of the complete Tender package (which includes all plans,
specifications, tender documents, and related information) will be issued
to interested Bidders upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of
two-hundred dollars ($200.00) per package, H.S.T. included.

Payment of the tender deposit fee shall be submitted to the City of
Moncton's Revenue Office, located on the 1st floor of Moncton City Hall,
655 Main Street, Moncton, N.B. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable
to "City of Moncton"), debit card (Interac), cash or major credit card.
Upon receipt of payment, a transaction receipt will be issued. This receipt
must be presented to the Purchasing Department, upon which a Tender package
will be issued to the Bidder, and the name of the Bidder's firm will be
registered on the City's official list of Bidders.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:

The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified and
experienced contractor to renovate Parc du Sommet Park located at 135 Alma
Street, off St. George Street, Moncton. The renovation will address issues
related to views into the park, grade adjustments, and beautification. The
project includes, but is not limited to:
.1 Demolitions and removals of berm materials, benches, planting, fencing,
.2 Re-grading existing berms and adjacent walkways,
.3 Supply and Installation of precast pavers,
.4 Regrade and reinstallation of existing pavers,
.5 Relocation of existing trash receptacle,
.6 Supply and install site furnishings,
.7 Installation of City of Moncton Granite Blocks,
.8 Planting and planting beds,
.9 Supply and Installation of new fencing,
.10 LED lighting on gateways,
.11 Other work as outlined in the drawings and specifications.

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain
official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network,
another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
